The building will be constructed in a solid RCC framed earthquake resistant structure.

  • All external walls will be 6" tk brick walls/ ALC block walls,
  • All internal walls will be 4.5" tk. alc block walls.
  • All internal plaster will be smooth gypsum plaster.
  • External plaster will be sand faced two coats, finished with a texture coat.
Flooring :-
  • Flooring in all rooms will be 1.00 m x 1.00 m" double charged vitrified floorings with 3.5" skirtings.
